The architecture

When we were designing the first Arturo's we knew that it would be some time before we could afford to advertise. So we decided to make our restaurants sufficiently distinctive as to set them apart from other fast feeders. We call this 'marketecture'.

Our design signature is the Arturo's Arch. Each restaurant can be identified via the large exterior orange arch that greets the customer. The arch theme is continued within the restaurant. A large photo display menu is positioned under the service counter archway.

Another distinctive feature of the Arturo's design is to locate the cash in an island service area away from the counter. Customers make their food selection and payment at the service island then approach the counter where the order is assembled. Numerous customers have commented on the island cash and have told us that it is a preferred service system as it is both fast and hygienic.

The Arturo's kitchen is open to the public's view. We believe that clients should be able to see their food being prepared and served. This design treatment underscores our commitment to health and safety.
